supporting the Operations and Performance within the Global
Programs (GP) function. The position offers a dynamic work

worldwide.Key Responsibilities:The Program Officer II will have a
diverse set of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the efficiency
and effectiveness of the GP function. Key duties include:Project
Support
- Providing aid and support to Operations and Performance in the
GP function.
- Assisting with project implementation and ensuring projects are
executed efficiently.
- Collecting, compiling, and analyzing information relevant to
ongoing projects to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Gathering information to assist with tracking the status of GP
awards and ensuring timely updates and oversight.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations to
maintain integrity and accountability in project
execution.Communication and Coordination
- Supporting communication efforts related to project management
and execution to ensure all stakeholders are informed and
engaged.
- Developing and reviewing work plans to ensure they align with
project goals and objectives.
- Preparing presentations and reports to communicate project
status, findings, and outcomes to various audiences.Administrative
and Business Development
- Primarily supporting global awards, business development, and
the administrative aspects of technical inputs and resources.
- Working closely with the GP leadership team to support
operations and oversight functions as needed.QualificationsThe
ideal candidate for the Program Officer II position should possess
the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree will
be an added advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in project management, particularly in a
global or international development context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, compile,
and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with
the ability to prepare clear and concise presentations and
reports.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage
multiple tasks simultaneously.The expected US-basedhiringsalary
range for this role is listed below. FHI 360 pay ranges represent
national averages that vary by geographic location. When
determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple
considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of
experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal
equity, business sector, and budget.Base salary is only one
component of our offer. FHI 360 contributes 12% of monthly base pay
to a money purchase pension plan account. Additionally, all US
based staff working full-time, which is calculated at 40
hours/week, receive 18 days of paid vacation per year, 12 sick days
per year, and 11 holidays per year. Paid time off is reduced pro
rata for employees working less than a full-time schedule.US Based
Hiring Salary Range:$63,000 - $74,000International hiring ranges
will differ based on location.This job posting summarizes the main
