A company is looking for a Director of Infrastructure
Engineering to lead multidisciplinary teams in building and
evolving infrastructure and developer tools.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the vision and strategy for the Production
Engineering organization
Manage and mentor teams, ensuring successful project delivery and
team development
Oversee the uptime of services and improve incident management
processes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in managing and scaling infrastructure
engineering teams
Expertise in building scalable, maintainable, and resilient cloud
architecture
Experience with external vendors and infrastructure spending
planning
Deep understanding of the complexities of infrastructure and shared
services development
Track record of mentoring engineers and leaders for professional
growth
