(CRM) to drive customer engagement and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer

Analyze customer journeys to identify key moments for engagement
and support growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven

Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in CRM strategy and program growth
Extensive experience in email and direct mail marketing
channels
Proficiency in customer data analytics and technology partnerships,
especially with CRM platforms
Experience managing complex campaign strategies across diverse
regions and segments
