Janssen Research & Development LLC (JRD), a Johnson & Johnson company, is recruiting for a Senior Director, Bladder Cancer, Solid Tumor - Oncology Therapeutic Area to join the J&J Research and Development Data Science and Digital Health team. You will report to the Senior Director of Data Sciences, Solid Tumor - Oncology.Preferred location for this position is either Titusville, NJ, Raritan, NJ, San Diego, CA, New Brunswick, NJ; or Boston, MA. May consider other J&J locations and remote work within the US. • Serve as primary business leader for a Bladder Cancer Program within Data Science & Digital Health
• Represent Data Science on a key clinical development team and other upcoming late-stage programs in solid tumors
• Work with multifunctional team members to develop end to end data science and digital health solutions for priority clinical trials in bladder cancer portfolio, including evidence generation to enable regulatory submission and aid in the planning of future trials
• Lead Oncology Data Science projects: coordinate internal resources, collaborate with external partners, and work with matrixed R&D Data Science team to deliver solutions.
• Work closely with individual clinical project teams as well as functional area partners in Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Development, Epidemiology, Commercial Data Science, Translational Research, Statistics, and others.
• Support Diagnostics projects that pertain to the Bladder Cancer program
• Represent Data Science on cross-functional Diagnostics leadership team
• Evaluate external partnerships that can leverage new technologies/solutions/data assets for Bladder cancer program needs\r\r
