Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding Manager to lead
customer onboarding and ensure successful deployment of their
software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own all components of customer onboarding, including meetings and
technical guidance
Assist customers with product configuration and share best
practices
Work cross-functionally to prioritize and resolve recurring issues
for customers
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing or internal
service role
2-5 years of relevant work experience with systems administration
using Microsoft's Endpoint Management services
Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating
systems
Experience with complex enterprise network environments and
Microsoft tools
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques
