Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to
provide support for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to member and provider inquiries, ensuring timely and
accurate support
Resolve basic issues and mitigate complaints to prevent
escalation
Document communications and maintain quality standards in a
high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Entry-level position with little to no previous experience
needed
Call center experience is highly preferred
Experience with multitasking across multiple systems and programs
is preferred
Compliance with quality standards and regulations is necessary
