Read more: .Position Summary:The Senior Human Resources Coordinator provides complex administrative and project support to several executive members of the GPS HR Leadership Team (GPS HRLT), and the projects led by this group. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, performance-driven, well-organized, and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to several executive members of the GPS HRLT, inclusive of expense reporting, calendar and travel management
    • Support GPS in the Transition Management process (termination waves), including but not limited to maintaining the tracker, ensuring all operational steps are completed according to the TMT Wave timeline and keeping HRBPs informed of enhancements and changes in the process.
    • Coordinate projects, including highly confidential ones, and maintain ad hoc projects and databases.
    • Enable high GPS Biologics and Pharma Operations HR team performance by facilitating team meetings, and the coordination of their governance model
    • Prepare project presentations and people analytics (including Workday reports), as workforce and headcount analysis, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent, Performance, and Engagement Survey.
    • Lead and maintain the relevant Microsoft Teams Space and SharePoint
    • Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity, and a collaborative approach with employees across an international environment.
      • Prioritize activities and act based on an understanding of our GPS HR strategic priorities, customer needs, and overall BMS business strategy.
      • Anticipates needs of manager and/or team, and take appropriate steps to produce desired outcome with minimal assistance from supervisor with accuracy and efficiency to meet all deadlines. Qualifications & Experience
        • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
        • 8 to 10 years of progressive administrative experience, with at least 5 years of experience in office administration for a senior-level executive.
        • Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity, and a collaborative approach.
        • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
        • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, attention to detail, and superior follow-through.
        • Proven skills in balancing competing demands and requests, proactively seeking to understand and adjust accordingly.
        • Ability to work independently and proactively, handle high-level external and internal contacts, and maintain confidentiality.
        • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with excellent judgment.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Workday.
