• Responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters and contribute to strategic decision making.
• Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
• Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage HR audits and investigations as necessary.
• Oversee/Manage Talent Acquisition.
• Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Develop and manage the HR department budget effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems, ensure WinTeam employee files are 100% accurate and updated, including certifications.
• Discipline Security Officers as necessary.
• Work with recruiters and agencies to ensure a steady stream of new candidates.
• Ensure A&H Security Guards are 100% in compliance with NYS.
• Oversee the productivity of HR Team.
• Interview candidates as needed.
• Be responsible for inputting employees' direct deposit information into WinTeam.Requirements
  
  
• BS Degree.
• 5 or more years' experience in a Human Resources Management position, and be familiar with the Security Field.
• Experience working in a large organization (1500+ employees).
• Windteam Software experience is a plus.
