Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ethics and Compliance Counsel on a
contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct white collar investigations and provide legal advice on
FCPA matters
Evaluate deals and programs for compliance with FCPA
regulations
Engage in substantive legal work related to white collar crime
Required Qualifications
Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience in white collar
work, including investigations and FCPA
Fluent in both Mandarin and English
Able to work until 9:00 PM PST to overlap with the China time
zone
Capable of starting work later in the morning to accommodate time
zone differences
Remote work capability, both domestically and internationally
