Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to
collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements
into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define
project scope and impact
Create systems and business process models to guide development
teams
Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor
service-level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
5 - 7 years of related experience
Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer
business functions
Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software
Development Life Cycle
